spacerWelcome to our garden! We are so happy to have you visit for a short tour. Greg and I started this garden around 5 years ago. We have 10 acres in rural Kentucky, 3 of which are our garden. The rest is woods, with a sugar maple grove in the back valley. In the spring, redbuds bloom all around the garden and in the woods. We have planted a lot of dogwoods, including a dozen (so far) that line both sides of the drive. In addition to around 500 daylilies, we also have roses, clematis, iris, peonies, hydrangeas, viburnums, magnolias, lilacs, and lots of perennials for year-round interest. We especially like to feature the daylilies from Region 10 hybridizers.

spacerI've been a member of the AHS for about 15 years, and we belong to the Blue Grass Hemerocallis Society. Our garden was designated as an AHS Display Garden a few years ago. We are a certified National Wildlife Federation Backyard Habitat.
