Here you see the middle section of the main garden taken in October this year. On the right the yellow Cotinus is ‘Golden Spirit’ with Cotinus ‘Flame’ behind and on the left of that a purple Cotinus I grew from seed collected when I was at college. The rusty orange vertical is Sorbus ‘Autumn Spire’ and to the right is Exochorda ‘Snow White’ with butter yellow foliage. I love the constantly changing tapestry of colours as the garden retreats for its winter rest.
