Freezer Mashed Potatoes
 
 
5 lbs potatoes
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
2 tsps salt
pepper to taste
2 tbsps butter (for dotting top)

Boil your potatoes and mash. Whilst still hot, put potatoes and balance of ingredients into a mixmaster bowl and beat until well creamed. Put into a 9x13" pyrex dish and dot with butter. Cover tightly with tin foil and freeze.

Thaw before baking.

Bake 350 - 30 mins.
