Ted's Lemon Chiffon Pie
 
 
Unbaked pie crust
Grated rind of 2 lemons
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup of sugar
2 egg yolks beaten
2 Tablespoons of flour
1 cup evaporated milk (Carnation)
Walnut size chunk of butter
Beaten egg whites

Squeeze juice from lemons in a bowl. Add 1 cup of sugar, 2 egg yolks beaten, 2 Tbs of flour and grated rind. Add 1 cup milk and chunk of butter and stir all together.

Beat egg whites and fold into above. Pour into pie crust.

Bake 350 degrees; 40-50 mins or until top has all nicely browned

Great while still warm, and cold too!
